Appointments

We operate on an appointment system.

​We work in partnership with you as a high quality service can only be provided by having close contact with you.

Appointments will be arranged for you to see a caseworker whenever necessary.

Currently we offer face to face appointments as well as appointments via telephone and video link.

Each client will be provided with the name and contact number of the caseworker who will be dealing with their case.

Interpreters

We have access to interpreters in most languages. When an appointment is made, if an interpreter is required, we will normally be able to arrange for one to be present at your appointment.
